« From my earliest childhood, I was brought up to appreciate good food : my father, a poulterer, provided the famous « Gatinais » red label chickens to Gourmet restaurants in France and Europe. He taught me to value and to be ruthless concerning product quality.
I also wanted to promote, appreciate and share the riches of our land to countries around the world.
I therefore created the company Faye Gastronomie International in 1995, specialising in the export of fine food products, starting with poultry and truffles.
My first export destination was Japan where demand was also high for top end perishables and the Japanese sense of perfection helped me to create the most dedicated service. Over the years we went on to extend our premium products offer to also include a high quality Gourmet dry food range and train an efficient team to ensure reliable deliveries to more than 80 countries today.
